Jonny Bares promoted
On November the 28th after a seminar with BJJ Black Belt John Will, Lockdown grappling coach Jonathan Bares was promoted to Purple Belt. Jonny is only one of two BJJ Purple Belts in Wellington and the promotion brings another dimension to the Lockdown Coaching team. Congrats Jonny.
