Lockdown’s head coach, Gareth Lewis, has returned from training in the USA. Gareth trained at Xtreme Couture, which is home to UFC, TUF and IFL fighters. On any given day there would be 5 world champions working around the gym. Gareth got to train with the pro’s, this included live wrestling drills against Randy Couture, sparring with Ray Sefo and working with a heap of great fighters. Gareth learnt so much while he was there and he is looking forward to showing Lockdown MMA all the new tricks.
